Chuck is the Head of Acquisitions and Dispositions and a Partner at USA Land Group, where he leads the team's efforts in identifying, acquiring, and structuring land transactions. With a Master’s in Forestry and Resource Management from Clemson University and over 22 years of experience managing more than 50,000 acres, Chuck brings a unique blend of land investment expertise and a conservation-minded approach to strategic land subdivision and development, ensuring each acquisition balances growth with responsible land use. He is also the principal broker of USA LG Real Estate.

His background in forest and land management goes beyond traditional real estate. Chuck has extensive experience in timber stand improvements, prescribed fire, reforestation, and conservation planning. His ability to evaluate a property’s long-term potential allows USA Land Group to make strategic acquisitions that align with both investment goals and responsible land use. Whether assessing soil quality, timber value, or development potential, Chuck plays a key role in transforming large tracts of land into high-value opportunities for buyers.

Through his strong relationships with landowners, agents, and industry professionals, Chuck ensures that USA Land Group’s acquisitions are structured for success from due diligence to closing. His strategic vision and hands-on approach help the company navigate complex land transactions while maintaining a focus on market growth and long-term land viability.

When he’s not working on land deals, Chuck enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors, often alongside his wife, Heather, and their family. His lifelong passion for land and resource management fuels his commitment to helping others make the most of their investments.
